Q: What Packages are available?
A: We offer the following packages to our registered members : Free, Silver, Gold, Platinum 1, Platinum 2

Free

This Package allows registered members to provide a general description of their property;

  • 100 words
  • Photographs not included.
  • Cost-Free
 

Silver

Members who apply for the Silver package can provide a more detailed description of their property;

  • 500 words
  • 3 Photographs
  • Cost- 120USD yearly/10.95 per month
 

Gold

Members who register for the Gold package can describe their property in greater detail. A display of additional photos allows members to showcase special features of their property to further enhance its online marketability.

  • Up to 800 words
  • 5 Photographs
  • Cost - $150USD yearly/ 13.95 per month.
 

Platinum 1

Members who register for the Platinum 1 package will have;

  • Unlimited word use.
  • Use of up to 8 Photos including a 1 month specific island home page feature of their property.
  • Cost- 225 USD yearly/19.95 per month
 

Platinum 2

Members who choose this package will definitely enjoy ultimate presence on our site. With this package, members will receive;

  • The full Platinum package. Plus : a 2 week Feature display on the livingthecaribbean homepage.
  • 100 custom made brochures of your property of choice or a reserved ad spot in an International travel/ property magazine.

  • Cost-500USD yearly (Monthly payment option does not apply)
 
Q:Do I need to have pictures of my property online before creating a listing?

A: No. You can always add them later. If you do not have a digital camera or scanner, then you can post your prints to us. We will scan them for you and insert them into your listing .

Q:Will I have to add my own photos?

A: Not at all. We will upload the photos for you. All we ask, is that you send your photos and property description via email to: admin@livingthecaribbean.com .

Q:Is Living The Caribbean a Real Estate company

A: Here at livingthecaribbean we are in the business of travel and tourism marketing development

Q:If I rent or sell my property what should I do?

A: We ask that you change the status of your property from "Available" to "Sold" or "Rented" on the EDIT Property page.

 
Q:How do I edit my property listing?

A: Click on VIEW in your home page. Once your property detail is displayed, Select the EDIT link above the property information.

Q:How do I renew my property listing?

A: To renew your property listing, kindly contact us

 
Q:Why did my page time out?

A: The session is set to time out in twenty minutes if the page remains unchanged. If this occurs, simply logon again.
